Merriott Bowls Club is a successful and friendly club celebrating its 90th year and we always welcome new members, men and women, from beginners to experienced players.

Bowling is a great sport for all, which combines outdoor fun with friendly competition in a welcoming social environment. Unlike some clubs, at Merriott most of our games are mixed and so there are the same opportunities for Ladies and Men.

Why not give it a try this year? Come along to our club morning at 9:45am every Monday, or 6:00pm most Thursdays. You don’t need any equipment, just flat soled shoes such as trainers. There is no obligation to join just an opportunity to try bowling, see if you enjoy it and find out about the club.

The membership fee for 2025 is £35.00 for new members and for the first year you can borrow club bowls and receive free coaching.
