The start of the season is getting nearer, and there is lots going on. On Thursday 28th March there is a cheese and wine evening in the clubhouse at which members can also renew their membership.
Shortly afterwards a large party is leaving for 10 days of bowls in Portugal. After all the recent rain we’ve had, a trip to the sun is an opportunity not to be missed!
16th April will see the opening of the Green closely followed by the President v Captain’s match on 23rd April.
The season then starts in earnest with friendlies, our Open Weekend, and the first league games.
New for 2024 is the facility for members to put their names down for games online, without needing to visit the clubhouse, and for team sheets to be published online. All this is available in the new Members Area.
